Use of dronedarone or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, for the preparation of a medicament for use in the prevention of cardiovascular hospitalization or for use in the prevention of atrial fibrillation/flutter in patients with a history of or a current non permament atrial fibrillation/flutter.
