FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: flexibility joint interlock of metal frame yielding support made of mine special profiles consists of plate with holes, ""-shaped fixing bracket with threaded ends, inner and outer special profiles passing through the plate holes and overlapping, nuts and amplifier-stabilisers installed between the plate and flanges of inner special profile. Amplifier-stabilisers are made in a form of two hollow equal prismatoids, the sides of which are formed as equilateral or rectangular trapezoids that contact each other by the contours of the larger foundation, in the upper foundations there are holes for passing the ""-shaped bracket through, the side surface of one of the prismatoids contacts the slanted side wall of the special profile. Note that one of the prismatoid foundation surfaces leans upon the interlock plate, and on diametrically opposite side the foundation of the other prismatoid is thrust upon the flange of mine special profile. ^ EFFECT: security of flexibility joint operation, provision of specified force of interlock tension, low prime cost of interlock manufacturing, reduction of support arrangement pitch, stability of the support working resistance along structural flexibility. ^ 4 dwg |
