An installation for continuous pyrolytic decomposition of solid organic wastes includes a pyrolysis reactor with screw, a system of outer heating of reactor, loading and unloading hoppers. The loading hopper is mounted on a plunger device that includes platform with body fixed on it, with its output end arranged as truncated cone that with its smaller opening is tightly connected to the reactor. In the body a piston is placed, as a cup in which double-acting hydraulic cylinder is installed, its one end is fixed to the inner surface of the bottom of the piston and other one to the platform. At the joint of the hopper and the body, from the side of the cone, a knife is mounted, with blade directed to the side of opened hopper opening. |
