PURPOSE: A slide hinge device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to not exposure the structure to fix the upper fixing unit to exterior of the lower plate. CONSTITUTION: A lower plate(310) forms the outer of the rear side of a slide part(200). A fixed bracket is fixed in the inner surface of the lower plate in one body. A support bracket(360) supports arrangement state of a guide bar(350) about the inner surface of the lower plate. An upper fixed part(330) is injection-molded in the inner surface of the lower plate with the fixed bracket in one body. A connection hinge part is slide along the guide bar.
