FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to immunology and endocrinology, and concerns treating hypothyroidism following a thyroid palpable abnormalities surgery. That is ensured by the postoperative substitution therapy with thyroid hormones combined with the administration of immunomodulators. Immunofan and sodium nucleinate are used as immunomodulators.
