MAKING PROCESS OF DEEP-FRIED HONEY COOKIES

PURPOSE: A producing method of honey cookies(yakgwa) containing an angelica sinensis extract is provided to reduce the content of sugar inside the yakgwa for preventing diabetes or obesity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of honey cookies(yakgwa) containing an angelica sinensis extract comprises the following steps: sifting flour or rice powder with a sieve, mixing with sesame oil, and adding sugar and liquor to make a paste; adding angelica sinensis extract and ginger to rice wine to obtain a mixture solution; kneading the solution with the paste; molding the paste in a constant form; and frying the molded paste.
