<p>FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises cutters installed on shaft of horizontal internal soil tillage arranged with cantilevers. Cutter shaft is arranged perpendicularly to direction of device movement and is mechanically connected to two rotary slot cutters. Slot cutters are arranged vertically symmetrically along direction of device movement. Each cutter is arranged in the form of semi-cutters with cutting teeth mounted on cutter shaft. Teeth are directed from cutter shaft and are diverged by various angles. Cutting edges of semi-cutter teeth are beveled to the right or to the left relative to plane and direction of cutter rotation. The left or right semi-cutters are installed on cutter shaft so that beveled cutting edges of cutter teeth form a helical surface aligned towards nearest rotary slot cutter. To position cutters on cutter shaft, semi-cutters have holes for bolt connection and slot of key connection, length of which is less than cutter thickness. Slot of key connection is arranged on internal cylindrical support surface of each cutter along axis of cylindrical hole for installation of cutter on cutter shaft, having according slots. ^ EFFECT: structural design will make it possible to reduce traction resistance and energy intensity, to increase device reliability. ^ 3 dwg</p> |
