FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: rubber collar consists of various interconnected cylinder sections with specified dimensions. From one side of the collar there is made one cylinder section designed for fixing a bridge on a case (cover). From the back side of the collar there are made two or more cylinder sections each separately designed for attachment to main bridge. The cylinder section of the rubber collar for the case (cover) is connected to a goffer by means of a bridge in turn connected with the cylinder section for the pipeline of bigger diametre relative to diameters of the following cylinder sections made on the back side of the collar. Cylinder sections of the rubber collar are interconnected with a radius bridge in form of steps from the cylinder section of the bigger diametre to a smaller one with diametres diminishing to centre. Cylinder sections for pipelines with specified diametres are divided with shoulders one from another along the end part and along external diametre; shoulders correspond to a cut line. When it is necessary to choose a cylinder section of one required diamerte of the collar for a pipeline out of two or four the rest of them - one or more cylinder sections are removed by cutting them along the cut line. Here is disclosed procedure of fabrication and assembly of the collar on the pipeline. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of coupling and expanded functionality. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
