FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for crushing and fine crushing of, for example granite, basalt, etc., and can be used in construction, road building and other industrial branches. Proposed installation comprises hollow cylinders with openings and cutouts that make crushing and fine crushing chambers, said cylinders being arranged coaxially and running in opposite directions. It comprises also loading funnel, and crushed material collection and distribution chamber. Unloading perforated disks and crushing activator arranged in central fine crushing chamber are mounted ahead of aforesaid collection and distribution chamber. Said activator represents a hollow driven ring with radial spokes integrated into single unit to form crushing and fine crushing chambers. Said spokes has involute aprons made on their working faces, while multiface movable sleeve is arranged under the ring to add to crushing and fine crushing quality. ^ EFFECT: longer life and higher quality. ^ 4 dwg |
