FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared; scorzonera is cut, dried in microwave field at preset process parametres and roasted. Barley grains, chestnuts and soya are. Scorzonera, barley grain, oats, acorns and nut kernels are mixed in mass ratio of 3:7:3:4:3 and the obtained mixture is cryomilled in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method provides for production of new coffee drink according to nonwaste technology. |
