PURPOSE: A nail clippers for the disabled is provided for the disabled to cut easily nail or toenail thereby improving the convenience of the user. CONSTITUTION: A nail clippers for the disabled is composed of a lower part fixture(20) inserted in the lower teeth of a user in state which is combined in the back end of a nail clippers(10) and a top fixture(30) inserted in the up teeth of the user in state which is combined in a lever(11) of the nail clippers. The lower part fixture and top fixture help the nail clippers operate in state which is stuck in the teeth of the handicapped with hands. The bottom part of the nail clippers cuts the nail or toenail with lever principal when pressing a lever formed in the upper part in the state which secured the supporting force. The bottom of the nail clippers are combined in the lower part fixture. The lever is combined with the top fixture.
