摘要 |
PURPOSE: An explosive demolition method for residual iron in a blast furnace during large blast furnace repair work is provided to improve blasting efficiency by removing ring carbon restraining the residual iron and securing a free surface. CONSTITUTION: The rest content is discharged through an opening formed in the circumference of a blast furnace(1) to outside so that only residual iron(4) is left inside the blast furnace. A free surface is secured in the circumference of the residual iron left inside the blast furnace by removing the ring carbon remaining in the circumference of the residual iron. A plurality of demolition holes(6) are punched vertically in the residual iron. Gunpowder is filled at a time inside the punched demolition holes and a fuse and a detonator are connected. The installed gunpowder is blasted in order to crush the residual iron.
