FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: bis(thiohydrazide amide)disalt synthesis method involves steps for mixing neutral bis(thiohydrazide amide), an organic solvent and a base to form bis(thiohydrazide amide) solution; and mixing the obtained solution and methyl-tert-butyl ether for precipitation of the bis(thiohydrazide amide) disalt. Preferably, the method for synthesis of bis(thiohydrazide amide)disalt involves steps for mixing neutral bis(thiohydrazide amide) and an organic solvent selected from methanol, ethanol, acetone and methylethyl ketone to obtain a mixture; adding at least two base equivalents to the mixture, where said base equivalents are selected from sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium methylate, potassium methylate, sodium ethylate and potassium ethylate to form a solution; and mixing the solution with methyl-tert-butyl ether for precipitation of bis(thiohydrazide amide)disalt. ^ EFFECT: disclosed methods do not require lyophilisation, and the obtained solutions can be easily purified using known pharmaceutically acceptable techniques. ^ 33 cl, 3 ex |
