FIELD: textile, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: washing machine comprises body, washing tank, supported elastically with the possibility of oscillation inside body, cylindrical drum with lower part for placement of linen, besides, drum has axis of rotation and is installed in washing tank, acceleration detector arranged with the possibility to measure output acceleration signal from acceleration sensor. Besides, device also comprises microcalculator to calculate displacement, arranged with the possibility to calculate output signal of washing tank acceleration, generated from acceleration detector, and provision of displacement, electric motor arranged with the possibility to rotate drum, detector of rotation speed arranged with the possibility to measure speed of electric motor rotation. Control device is arranged with the possibility to control rotation of washing machine electric motor on the basis of output signal of determination from detector of rotation speed, to control washing stage and stage of linen amount definition prior to washing stage, to determine whether washing tank is fixed or not relative to body. At the same time, at the stage of linen amount definition, control device is arranged with the possibility to force electric motor to create the specified rotation torque; to increase speed of drum rotation to specified rotation speed; to maintain rotation at specified speed of rotation for a certain period of time; and to compare result of calculation produced by microcalculator to calculate displacement, while rotation is maintained at specified speed of rotation for a certain period of time, with specified reference value. Therefore, determining condition of washing tank fixed relative to body, when calculation result is below reference value. ^ EFFECT: prevention of fault as a result of intense vibration during washing and drying in process of fast rotation. ^ 4 cl, 6 dwg |
