A method for diagnosing the complicated course of the injury of facial cranium comprises the qualitative dichotomic analysis of sympathetic manifestation. The rate of ultrasound spreading through the bone and the index of the broadband attenuation are measured. The dystopy of the dentition elements and the occlusion type are assessed. The complicated course of the injury of facial cranium is predicted. The uncertain clinical situation as to the risk of the complicated course is then stated.
