A method of reducing dynamic loads while limiting swinging of loads suspended on a rope consists in gradual acceleration of a transfer mechanism with suspended load. Forces are applied in two intervals of time, which vary in half-sine mode and are determined depending on major forces in the first and second time intervals respectively, weight of the load, reduced mass of the transfer mechanism, initial and final speeds of the transfer mechanism during acceleration or deceleration and current time from the beginning of transient processes. |
