A method for kidney lesion determination at systemic lupus erythematosus comprises the determination of proteinuria, erytrotsyturia, cylindruria, increasing of creatinine level. In blood serum levels of pVCAM-i and pP-selectine are determined, and at indices, correspondingly, higher 1124 and 160 ng/ml severe renal damage is diagnosed. |
