A device for endovascular and surgical treatment of stenosis of blood vessels has located coaxially of one another and movable between a flexible catheter guide and ballon catheter with detachable container and receiving basket. A catheter is equipped with an extra ballon, placed closely to the primary one and thin-walled sleeve with a sharpened edge on one of its ends and made of plastically deformed bioinert material, while the plug is located on both cylinders, the catheter is made with the possibility of separate ballon blowing, and the length of additional container is not less than the length of vessel stenosis. |
