Method for evaluation of endothelial dysfunction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in combination with hypertonic disease includes investigation of concentration of inactive metabolites of nitrogen oxide in blood serum with spectrophotometric method with use of Griss reactive. On basis of changes of concentration of nitrogen oxide one determines presence of endothelial dysfunction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis in combination with hypertonic disease.
