A method for diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome comprises the determination of spontaneous abortions, retinal livedo, levels of lipids, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, antibodies to beta 2-glycoprotein 1. At multiple revealing of antinuclear factor in titres 1:320 the secondary antiphospholipid syndrome is diagnosed. |
