A method of vertical movement of load by a crane consists performing preparatory process operations of a platform turning, changing boom reach, vertical movement of a rope with a gripping device to the location of lifted load, additional control operation of definition of plumbness of the rope after attaching to it the load, basic operations of vertical movement of the load by starting an electric motor in the mechanism for load lifting and operations of horizontal and vertical displacements at the specified location. Additional control operation of definition of rope deviation angle from its plumbness in the space in time is combined with technological operation of movement of the platform and boom, operation of removal of rope slack and backlash in kinematic transfer is carried out simultaneously with changing the boom reach. Upon a signal from the device, which recorded the achievement of this position, the basic operation is conducted of vertical movement of load with smooth increase of rotor speed from creeping value to nominal one. |
