PURPOSE: A server for message store management in communications network, a device and a method thereof are provided to transmit same CPM messages to a CPM user device with the wireless twice. CONSTITUTION: A remote user transmits a CPM(Converged IP Messaging) message to a CPM participation unit(204). If the storage is possible, the CPM message is transformed to an IMAP(Internet Message Access Protocol) message(206). A message storage server stores the IMAP message. The CPM participation unit receives unique Identification(212). The CPM client changes the CPM message to the IMAP message format(214).
