PURPOSE: A safe nail cutter is provided to minimize the noises which occur while cutting a nail. CONSTITUTION: A safe nail cutter comprises: first and second plate members(110,120) with which a rear portion is integrated to cut a nail; a guide unit in which a nail input hole(116) is formed in the horizontal direction to allow the passage of the nail; a first blade unit which is formed at a lower edge portion of the nail putting hole; and an reinforcement unit(117) which is bent in the backside thereof. |
