PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing traditional medicine with enhanced functionality using Opuntia humifusa is provided to enhance flavor, color, and taste of liquor. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Opuntia humifusa medicine wine with enhanced health functionality comprises: a step of washing rice and removing moisture; a step of steaming and adding seed malt to the rice; a step of culturing to obtain bred yeast; a step of fermenting bred yeast; a step of spreading rice on a kettle; a step of spreading Opuntia humifusa; a step of storing with a primary dipped liquor; a step of fermenting; a step of precipitating at room temperature; and a step of stabilizing soft flavor, taste, and color. |
