<p>PURPOSE: A dehumidifier is provided to reduce the capacity of a compressor since before the air flows into an evaporator, the air is cooled by a primary cooling unit and thus the loads of the evaporator and the compressor are reduced. CONSTITUTION: A dehumidifier comprises a freezing cycle, which consists of an evaporator(10), a compressor(20), a condenser(30) and an expansion valve(40), a primary cooling unit(110), a secondary cooling unit(120), an inner temperature sensor(130), an inner humidity sensor(140), a humidity control unit(150) and a control unit(160). The primary cooling unit is connected to a cold water supply source, is installed on the leading end of the evaporator and lowers the temperature of the air, which flows into the evaporator. The secondary cooling unit is connected to the cold water supply unit, comprises a flow-rate control valve(124) and controls the flow of the cold water and thus the temperature-raised air by the condenser is lowered to the room temperature.</p> |
