PURPOSE: An armature coil assembly manufacturing method and an armature coil assembly thereof are provided to reduce vibrations and noise by preventing cogging torque due to a core. CONSTITUTION: A first permanent magnetic layer(100) is formed by arranging a plurality of permanent magnets at a uniform interval. A first coil layer(210) is formed by arranging a plurality of coils on the first permanent magnetic layer at a uniform interval. A second coil layer(220) is formed by arranging a plurality of coils on the first coil layer at a uniform interval. A third coil layer(230) is formed by arranging a plurality of coils on the second coil layer at a uniform interval. A second permanent magnetic layer(300) is formed by arranging a plurality of permanent magnets on the third coil layer at a uniform interval.
