PURPOSE: A Phyllanthus urinaria extract is provided to excellently treat inflammation such as arthritis. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Phyllanthus urinaria extract comprises: a step of roasting and drying Phyllanthus urinaria; and a step of extracting Phyllanthus urinaria with supercritical fluid. The supercritical fluid is alcohol or carbon dioxide. The extraction is performed by using supercritical fluid at 65°C and 450 pressure, centrifuging, and removing aqueous layer.
