PURPOSE: A manual opening/closing device is provided to prevent a safety accident by preventing the contact between a cable tube and a high voltage bus. CONSTITUTION: A cable tube(20) is connected to a driving bevel gear(12). A cable tube connector and a rotary shaft are arranged in the end part of the cable tube. A cable combining holder is combined with the cable tube connector. A second direction conversion part(40) is arranged in the front side of the cable combining holder. A first direction conversion part(60) is combined with a connection rod. A manual lever(14) is inserted into the insertion hole of the combining holder. A fault section switch(11) is are opened and closed by the rotation of the driving bevel gear.
