FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dentistry and can be used in processing if dental root canals. Device contains elongated probing component and handle for its support. Probing component has distal part which can be introduced into root canal. Said distal part contains at least one instrument canal with distal hole on distal section. Configuration of at least one instrumental canal makes it possible to perform through distal hole operation, realised by selected instrument. Distal part contains at least one illumination canal. Illumination canal contains first light-guide with first (proximal) end, whose configuration ensures optic connection with light source, and second (distal) end in distal part for illumination of internal zones of root canal during device operation. In distal part there is at least one light-collecting canal, which contains second light-guide with first (proximal) end, whose configuration ensures optic connection with image-forming system, and second (distal) end, located in distal part for collection and transmission of light, reflected from internal zones of root canal, to said proximal end during device operation. Elaborated are methods of monitoring and carrying out various operations of teeth processing. ^ EFFECT: group of inventions ensures possibility of respective manipulation (on the basis of obtained image) with processing instrument inside root canal, for instance re-targeting of laser beam; moreover, application of laser radiation allows to carry out complete processing of root canal (ie removal of hard tissues inside canal) and procedure of its disinfection. ^ 40 cl, 10 dwg |
