FIELD: power industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: hydrogen-oxygen burner in which the central body of round shape is tightly connected (so that external oxygen cannot enter inside it) to gas tube via which hydrogen-oxygen gas is supplied, burning assembly is made in the form of frame on inclined side along upper edge of the above central body; multiple burning holes are located on inclined side of the burning assembly at certain interval; inside the above central body there made is distributing assembly which distributes the gas supplied through the above gas tube via the above burning holes; and in upper part of the above central body there installed is ignition hood serving as intermediate step and providing the possibility of flame burning in specified burning holes of hydrogen-oxygen gas dispersing via other burning holes, and burning holes have diametre of 0.2 mm to 2 mm. ^ EFFECT: effective heating of food preparation container, increasing burning volume, reducing flame temperature, which prevents formation of flame kernel. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
