PURPOSE: A strap is provided to prevent the deformation of a circuit part during an injection molding process by including a reinforcement plate part. CONSTITUTION: A first circuit part is formed in one side of a flexible substrate(110). A second circuit part is formed in the other side of the flexible substrate. An insulation part separates the first circuit part from the second circuit part. A first reinforcement plate part is formed on the same plane as the first circuit part. A second reinforcement plate part is formed on the same plane as the second circuit part. A reinforcing member is formed on the first circuit part. A coating part is formed between the reinforcing member and the first circuit part.
