PURPOSE: A system and a method for network synchronization are provided to induce the access to a network terminal device by transmitting a master beacon through a master channel in a coordinator. CONSTITUTION: According to beacon type network entry, a network terminal(100) extracts network access information by searching a preset transmission channel. The network terminal device receives a certain service through the synchronization of a super-frame structure. A coordinator(200) transmits a beacon including the network access information through different transmission channels. The coordinator provides the network terminal device through a certain service through the inducement of the access.
