The device (1) for enteral feeding, particularly for the replacement of PEG probes, comprises a feeding tube (2) for administering a nutritional substance having at least an inlet mouth (2a) and at least an outlet mouth (2b) and which can be inserted at least partially inside the stomach of a patient and internal retention means (3) associated with the tube (2), which can be widened to prevent the accidental removal, during use, of the feeding tube (2) outwards and mobile from an extended configuration to a widened configuration and vice versa by means of the compression and the extension respectively of at least a portion of the feeding tube (2). |
