<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or system that may reduce the level of vibration received by an inlet riser (100) or the other similar objects inside a reactor pressure vessel (10). <P>SOLUTION: In one embodiment, a riser brace (143) is not required to be welded to the inlet riser (100). One embodiment provides at least one riser brace clamp (150) for wholly clamping the riser brace (143) to the inlet riser (100).
