PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide jewelry and accessories in which, by incorporating vanadium into a noble metal stock consisting of any of gold, silver and platinum as the main component, a blood sugar level fall action by the vanadium can be expected. SOLUTION: The vanadium-containing noble metal alloy is added by 0.1 to 50 wt. to a noble metal stock consisting of any of gold, silver and platinum as the main component. Alternatively, the vanadium-containing noble metal alloy is added by 0.1 to 10 wt.% to a noble metal stock consisting of any of gold, silver and platinum as the main component. Alternatively, the vanadium-containing noble metal alloy is obtained by laminating a vanadium-added noble metal alloy layer and the other noble metal layer on a noble metal stock consisting of any of gold, silver and platinum as the main component.
