PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bat swing practicing apparatus which corrects bat swing by getting a stretching rubber mounted at the tip of a bat to be fixed on its body for the practicing of the bat swing of base ball, and to provide a pitching practicing apparatus which corrects pitching by getting a stretching rubber mounted on an elbow supporter in the practicing of pitching to be fixed on its body. SOLUTION: The stretching rubber 2 is fixed on the body 1 of the practicing apparatus to be mounted at the tip of a bat or the elbow supporter. In the practicing of bat swing and pitching, the rubber is wound on the chest (front) of a user from his back to get the bat and the elbow together with the entire body of the user, thereby enabling the creation of an ideal track for the bat swing and the pitching.
