PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker preventing an outer lid from opening with an inner lid pressurized. SOLUTION: A frame body shaped button lever moving in a direction pushing down a hook lever by pushing down an operating button is arranged in the outer periphery of the operating button, a coupling spring located in the lower face of the operating button and including a wire material transmitting the pushing force of the operating button to the button lever according to the pushing down force of the operating button is arranged between opposing frame bodies of the button lever, and the operating button comes into the frame body of the button lever and the outer lid does not open, if the friction force by which the hook lever is locked to a hook receiving part is stronger than the returning force by which the shape of the coupling spring returns to an original shape when opening the outer lid by pushing down the operating button.
