Disclosed is a pyrrolidine cyclopropane derivative of formula (II), or an enantiomer, salt, or solvate thereof, wherein each L is carbon or nitrogen, each L1 is carbon, oxygen, sulfur, or nitrogen, r is 1-2, q is 1-10, and the other substituents are as defined in the specification. Exemplary compounds are the three macrocyclic quinoline derivatives with thiazole rings as depicted. Also disclosed is the use of the compound for treating a disorder associated with hepatitis C.
