The device (CA) has a retaining sleeve (30) arranged between a connection end zone (12a2) of an inverse L-shaped connection end part (12aR) and a circular hole zone of a right traversing hole (24R) such that the circular zone is closely engaged in a groove, while permitting the end zone to be pivoted in its traversing hole. The end part has another connection end zone (12a'2) extended from the circular hole zone in a direction opposite to another direction associated to an extended hole zone of the right traversing hole. The sleeve is made of synthetic resin/hard rubber material. |
