摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite composition small in power loss Pcv even in a high frequency wave region (e.g. &ge;1 MHz) and having high saturation magnetic flux density and specific resistance, a ferrite core formed from the ferrite composition and an electronic component having the ferrite core. <P>SOLUTION: The ferrite composition contains 46.0-49.89 mol% iron oxide expressed in terms of Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 2.3-19.0 mol% copper oxide expressed in terms of CuO, 22.0-27.5 mol% zinc oxide expressed in terms of ZnO as main components and the balance nickel oxide and contains, as assistant components, 2-63 ppm phosphorus expressed in terms of P and 43-5,980 ppm zirconium oxide expressed in terms of ZrO<SB>2</SB>based on 100 mol% main component.
