PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty treatment device eliminating the need of a battery, applying no operational load for power generation during treatment, and providing coldness and coolness. SOLUTION: In the device, a discoidal titanium contacting the skin surface is stuck to one side of a Peltier element, and a copper cast member having a large heat capacity is stuck as a heat storage material to the other side to thereby construct means for generating power from temperature difference. The device includes means for stimulating the skin surface such as current stimulation means, which is operated using the power generated by the means for generating power from temperature difference as a power source.
