PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treating agent composition which can easily maintain the good softness and finger passableness of hair, even when repeatedly applied to the hair. SOLUTION: This hair-treating agent composition is characterized by comprising (A) a cationized chitosan, (B) a basic amino acid, and (C) an acidic amino acid compound.
