PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling system capable of collecting a blood sample into a blood collecting tube for inspection sterilely by a closed system, and collecting blood from a plug body mounted on the blood collecting tube for inspection and executing blood inspection, by setting the blood collecting tube for inspection on a blood inspection machine. SOLUTION: The sampling system 1 of a blood component is described as follows: the blood collecting tube 3 has a cylindrical and elastic body 3.1; the body 3.1 is formed so that the internal air is discharged in the bag body 2 direction by being collapsed by applying an external pressure thereto, and that, thereafter, and that, upon removing the external pressure, the blood component stored in the bag body 2 can be collected sterilely into the body 3.1 via a second tube 5 by a negative pressure generated when returning to an original shape; and one end of the body 3.1 has the plug body 3.3 mounted thereon, and the other end or a side part is connected to the second tube 5.
