PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily positioning two drum lenses at high optical axis accuracy in a contact state with a single operation. SOLUTION: Regarding a cylindrical lens 1 (hereinafter, to be referred as drum lens) having an inequality of lens center thickness>lens diameter, for the purpose of easily the two drum lenses 1 at high optical axis accuracy in a contact state with a single operation, an abutting surface projecting higher than the lens convex surface is provided on the periphery of each of the two drum lenses to be positioned in a contact state, then, the abutting surfaces are brought in contact with each other in a lens barrel.
