PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of assembling manhours and cost when manufacturing a heat exchanger by stacking a plurality of fin tube assemblies. SOLUTION: The fin tube assembly 1 includes a plurality of plate fins 10 juxtaposed with each other at intervals and a plurality of heat transfer tubes 20 penetrated through the plate fins 10 in the juxtaposing direction. Folding-back parts 12 are formed at both ends in the fin tube assembly stacking direction of each plate fin 10. Even when the plurality of fin tube assemblies 1 are stacked with the heat transfer tubes 20 deformed, biting of the heat transfer tubes 20 into ends of the plate fins 10 is prevented. Thus, a support member for correcting the deformation of the heat transfer tubes 20 is unnecessary, and mounting work of the support member can be eliminated.
