PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for inserting and removing anchor fittings for installing a wall panel, which is provided with a good gripping force onto the anchor fittings and can be attached/removed to/from anchor fittings easily, of which the position of inserting parts of the anchor fittings can be determined accurately, and which is provided with good desorbing capability for drawing out anchor fittings. SOLUTION: The fixture for inserting and removing 10 used for inserting anchor fittings into inserting holes formed on a wall panel includes a cylindrical body 20 with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the inserting holes and larger than the outer shape of the anchor fittings and an inner tubular body 30 which is inserted into a hollow part of the cylindrical body 20 in a slidable manner and is longer than the cylindrical body 20. A grip abutting part 31 of which the diameter is decreased when the inner tubular body 30 is positioned inside the cylindrical body 20 and is increased when the inner tubular body 30 is positioned outside the cylindrical body 20 to grip or release the ends of the anchor fittings from the outer periphery face in accordance with such decrease and increase of the diameter is provided on one end of the inner tubular body 30.
