PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drainage performance of a permeable paved road by installing a permeable covered-conduit lid composed of grating and expanded metal in a stepped part of a side ditch body and by covering the top surface of the permeable covered-conduit lid with a permeable surface. SOLUTION: The permeable covered-conduit structure comprises the side ditch body, the permeable covered-conduit lid, and the permeable surface layer. The top ends of the right- and left-side walls having stepped parts of the side ditch body have different heights, and the permeable covered-conduit lid is constituted by welding the expanded metal on the top surface of the grating. Rainwater can permeate the permeable surface layer. The structure adopts the means by which the permeable covered-conduit lid is installed in the stepped part of the side ditch body and the top surface of the permeable covered-conduit lid is covered with the permeable surface.
