PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost structure which can form various shapes of openings on a floor slab. SOLUTION: A plurality of the skin material holding members 10 can be horizontally arranged and connected in the longitudinal and lateral directions to configure a connected body so as to be held while being wound with a bending sleeve member. The skin material holding member 10 includes four side plates 12 to 15 and a rectangular bottom plate 11. The bottom plate 11 is so arranged as to form a right angle relative to the side plates 12 to 15. Each of the four side plates 12 to 15 is so configured as to connect at a right angle with the adjacent side plates.
