PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring apparatus capable of transferring a work to a case at down sizing and at a high speed without applying a stress on the work, and to provide a caser system. SOLUTION: The transferring apparatus, which transfers the work W to the case C continuously supplied so as to pass through a second position P302 to be a specified packing position, includes a magazine part 40 to which the work W is supplied, a gripping body capable of gripping the work W supplied to the magazine part 40, and a transferring mechanism 30 for transferring the gripping body gripping the work W to the case C passing through the second position P302 after the work W gripped by the gripping body is separated from the magazine part 40 to the open air.
