PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vehicle seat back, which facilitates fastening operation with good operability in mounting of the seat back, and provides no adverse effect on the seating quality of the seat back. SOLUTION: The mounting structure 28 for the vehicle seat back includes: a seat back support leg 253 supporting a left seat back 251 and a right seat back 252 on a seat cushion in a tiltable manner; a mounting bracket 254 supporting the left seat back 251 on the seat back support leg 253 in a tiltable manner, and extending toward the right seat back 252 while being rotatably attached to the seat back support leg 253; a vertical pair of holding claws 255 provided on a seat back frame 242 of the right seat back 252 while holding the mounting bracket 254 from both upper and lower sides; and a fastening means 256 which fastens the mounting bracket 254 superposed on the seat back frame 242.
